Ingredients
6 | eggs, hard boiled, peeled, chopped |
60 ml | mayonnaise |
2 tsp | lemon juice |
1 | spring onion, chopped |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice and onion. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.Stir in eggs and cover.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
