Ingredients

6  eggs, hard boiled, peeled, chopped
60 ml mayonnaise
2 tsp lemon juice
1  spring onion, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice and onion. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.

Stir in eggs and cover.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
