Makes: 4 cups- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 25 mins1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Combine all ingredients except for 1 cup of the cheese. Place in an 8×8-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with the reserved cheese.
