Ingredients
400 g | fish fillets |
1 large can(s) | tomatos, chopped |
1 tbsp | vinegar |
1 tbsp | Worcestershire sauce |
1 medium | capsicum, green, sliced |
1 medium | onion sliced |
salt and pepper to taste | |
pinch(es) | sugar |
cooking oil |
Instructions
Fry onions and capsicum in little oil. Add other ingredients. Place fish in an ovenproof dish and pour onion mixture over fish.Cover with foil and bake at 180°c for about 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes uncovered to brown.
Serve with rice.
