Ingredients

400 g fish fillets
1 large can(s) tomatos, chopped
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 medium capsicum, green, sliced
1 medium onion sliced
salt and pepper to taste
pinch(es) sugar
cooking oil

Instructions

Fry onions and capsicum in little oil. Add other ingredients. Place fish in an ovenproof dish and pour onion mixture over fish.

Cover with foil and bake at 180°c for about 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes uncovered to brown.

Serve with rice.
