Meringue topping recipe details
Ingredients
3 medium | eggs, whites only |
¼ tsp | cream of tartar |
50 g | sugar |
½ tsp | vanilla extract |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Place the egg whites in a large bowl and beat until foamy. Add the cream of tartar and beat until nearly stiff, then gradually beat in the sugar followed by the vanilla extract.
Spread over the pie and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
