Melon punch recipe details
Ingredients
600 g | melon, seeded and diced |
200 g | lemon sorbet |
1 | lemon, grated rind |
500 ml | sparkling water |
some | ice cubes, to serve |
Instructions
In a blender, mix together the melon, lemon sorbet and lemon rind until smooth and well combined.Transfer into a punch bowl and stir in the water and some ice cubes. Serve immediately.
