Mediterranean Potato Bake recipe

|1 kg||potatoes, cooked, peeled and cut in 2cm cubes|
|30 g||extra virgin olive oil|
|250 g||tomatoes, diced|
|2 clove(s)||garlic, minced|
|2 sprig(s)||thyme, chopped leaves|
|2 sprig(s)||rosemary, chopped leaves|
|2 sprig(s)||majoram, chopped leaves|
|salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste|
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Combine potatoes, tomatoes, garlic, herbs and olive oil in a casserole dish and toss until all is well combined and coated with oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Place into the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes.
