Meatball soup recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | minced beef |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 large | egg, beaten |
2 tbsp | rice |
3 tbsp | fresh parsley, chopped |
1 tbsp | vegetable oil |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
800 ml | beef broth |
500 ml | water |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Combine minced garlic with beef, egg, salt, rice, and parsley. Mix well and shape into small meatballs.In a large saucepan heat oil over medium heat; cook remaining 2 cloves minced garlic and chopped onion until tender. Add beef broth and water. Bring to a boil.
Drop in the meatballs, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes. Taste and add more salt and pepper, if needed.
