Meatball Soup recipe

|250 g||minced beef|
|1 clove(s)||garlic, minced|
|1 large||egg, beaten|
|3 tbsp||fresh parsley, chopped|
|1 tbsp||vegetable oil|
|2 clove(s)||garlic, minced|
|1 medium||onion, chopped|
|800 ml||beef broth|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
Combine minced garlic with beef, egg, salt, rice, and parsley. Mix well and shape into small meatballs.
In a large saucepan heat oil over medium heat; cook remaining 2 cloves minced garlic and chopped onion until tender. Add beef broth and water. Bring to a boil.
Drop in the meatballs, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes. Taste and add more salt and pepper, if needed.
