- Ingredients:
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups cornflakes
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 2 small cans tomato sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Mix all ingredients. Shape into two loaves. Place in greased 12 x 12 x 4-inch casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
