A quick, easy recipe for meatballs that bake in the oven. Plenty of flavor from garlic and oregano.

Ingredients
Makes: 18 meat-a-balls- 1 pound good quality bulk Italian sausage
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs
- 4 large garlic cloves, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 1/2 cup milk
- salt and lots of fresh ground pepper to taste
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 30 mins1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Combine all ingredients well. Form into 2-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
3. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees until cooked through.
