Marzipan waffles recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | marzipan |
200 g | soft butter |
100 g | sugar |
1 pinch(es) | salt |
6 medium | eggs |
400 g | flour |
2 tsp | baking powder |
300 ml | milk |
200 g | whipping cream |
3 tbsp | icing sugar |
Instructions
Grate the marzipan. Cream together with the sugar, butter and the salt. Whisk in the eggs. Stir in the sieved flour and the baking powder in turn with the milk and the cream.Preheat a waffle iron. Bake approximately 12 golden waffles. Serve dusted with icing sugar.
