Martini antipasto recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | Tortellini, cooked, cooled |
1 | red bell pepper, seeded, chopped |
1 | yellow bell pepper, seeded, chopped |
200 g | baby carrots, thinly sliced |
300 g | mozzarella cheese, cubes |
250 ml | creamy salad dressing, see database |
3 tbsp | Parmesan cheese, grated |
Instructions
Mix tortellini with peppers and sliced carrots. Add the mozzarella cheese and salad dressing; mix gently. Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours.To serve, spoon mixture into martini glasses and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
