Mark’s hamburgers recipe

Nicely spiced hamburger meat makes the same old, same old a little more interesting. Serve with buns, salad, and vegetables.
Ready in: 35 mins
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon lemon peel
- 1 teaspoon Lawry’s(R) seasoned salt
- 1 tablespoon Madras curry
- Dash crushed red pepper
- Dash oregano
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 20 mins
1. Add all ingredients to a bowl. Knead, mix meat. Form into three patties.
2. Cook on grill or pan fry for 15 – 20 minutes for well-done burgers.
