Marinated mixed summer vegetables recipe details
Ingredients
300 g | cauliflower, in florets |
salt and pepper | |
1 small | courgette, sliced |
250 g | carrots, sliced |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
3 sprig(s) | rosemary, chopped |
3 tbsp | balsamic vinegar |
1 tbsp | sugar |
Instructions
In a large pan, heat the oil. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar and the rosemary. Deglaze with the vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.Allow to cool completely before serving.
