Marinated grilled leg of lamb recipe details
Ingredients
1 | leg of lamb |
500 ml | dry white wine |
2 small | lemons, sliced |
1 tbsp | rosemary |
1 tsp | thyme |
1 stick(s) | cinnamon |
Instructions
For the marinade combine wine, lemons, rosemary, thyme and cinnamon. Marinate leg of lamb in a covered dish in refrigerator for one day. Turn four times.In a grill with a lid, start charcoal with enough coals to burn for about 2 hours. When the coals burn down to a glow place the leg of lamb onto the gril, cover grill, and cook leg of lamb for 1.5 hours or to your preferred doneness.
Let leg cool for about 10 minutes before slicing.
