Marinara dip recipe details
Ingredients
1 tbsp | extra virgin olive oil |
3 clove(s) | garlic |
1 tsp | hot red pepper flakes |
1 tbsp | anchovy paste |
1 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
400 g | tomatoes, crushed |
salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Heat a small pot over medium heat.Add oil, garlic, pepper flakes and anchovy paste. Cook for 2 minutes and then add parsley and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
Stir sauce and simmer 5 minutes over low heat then place in small bowl and serve.
