Ingredients

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 clove(s) garlic
1 tsp hot red pepper flakes
1 tbsp anchovy paste
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
400 g tomatoes, crushed
salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Instructions

Heat a small pot over medium heat.

Add oil, garlic, pepper flakes and anchovy paste. Cook for 2 minutes and then add parsley and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.

Stir sauce and simmer 5 minutes over low heat then place in small bowl and serve.
