Ingredients
500 g | apricots, stones removed and chopped |
200 g | dark chocolate, chopped |
400 g | soft butter |
250 g | sugar |
1 pack(s) | vanilla sugar |
1 pinch(es) | salt |
8 medium | eggs |
500 g | flour |
1 tsp | baking powder |
7 tbsp | milk |
1 tbsp | cocoa powder |

Instructions
Over a water bath, melt the chocolate.In a bowl, mix the butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt until creamy. Whisk in the eggs. Sift in the flour and the baking powder and fold in until well combined. Stir in the milk.
Pour half of the batter into another bowl and stir in the cocoa powder and the melted chocolate. Fold the apricots into the light batter.
Dust a buttered bundt cake pan with flour. Pour the light batter into the tray. Cover with the dark batter. Marble with a fork. Bake in the preheated oven at 150°C for 60 minutes or until a wooden skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
