Mango strawberry jam recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | strawberies |
3 | ripe mangoes, will give you ~500 g fruit |
700 g | sugar |
1 | bag of Pectin powder |
juice of 1 lemon | |
1 | vanilla bean |
Instructions
Cut the strawberries and mangoes into small pieces. Put them into a big pot and add sugar, the scraped seeds of the vanilla bean and the lemon juice. Bring to a boil and add the pectin.Cook for 20 minutes and fill into 4-5 clean glasses. Close immediately and leave to cool down.
