Mango melon soup dessert recipe details
Ingredients
1 | cantaloupe, peeled and cubed |
1 | banana, peeled, cubed |
1 tbsp | fresh lemon juice |
1 tbsp | honey |
1 tsp | vanilla extract |
For garnish: | |
fresh mint leaves | |
fresh raspberries |
Instructions
Place cantaloupe cubes, banana chunks and 1/2 of the mango cubes, lemon juice, honey, and vanilla extract in a blender. Process until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Refrigerate the remaining mango cubes separately.To serve, divide mango cubes among 6 dessert cups. Stir puréed fruit mixture and pour evenly over mango cubes in each cup.
Garnish with mint leaves and raspberries.
