Mango dip recipe details
Ingredients
1 large | ripe mango |
2 | egg yolks |
1 tsp | mustard |
125 ml | soy oil |
2 tbsp | crème fraîche |
salt and white pepper |
Instructions
Peel the mango, cut the flesh from the stone and purée.In a bowl mix the egg yolks with the soy oil, mustard, crème fraîche and the mango purée until well combined. Season to taste with salt and white pepper.
Serve with roastbeef or grilled meat.
