Mango curry shrimp kabobs recipe details
Simple grilled shrimp that can go from the fridge to your plate in 22 minutes.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1/2 cup mango chutney
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 pound raw large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 metal skewers
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 7 mins | Extra time: 15 mins, marinating1. Whisk chutney with lime juice, ginger, and curry powder in a mixing bowl.
2. Place shrimp in a large plastic resealable bag; add 1/2 cup of the chutney mixture, seal bag, and turn to coat. Refrigerate bag and mixing bowl for about 15 minutes.
3. Preheat grill to medium heat and lightly oil grate.
4. Drain shrimp from marinade and thread onto skewers. Set on grill and close lid. Cook for about 7 minutes, turning midway through cooking time, until shrimp turn opaque. Remove from skewers.
