Ingredients
200 ml | low-fat natural yogurt |
1 | ripe mango, peeled and cut into small pieces |
2 tbsp | fresh coriander, chopped |
½ tsp | grated lime zest |
1 tsp | lime juice |
pinch(es) | sugar |
pinch(es) | salt |
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, then cover and refridgerate for at least 30 mins.Serve with poppadoms.
