Ingredients
500 g | new potatoes, halved |
300 g | smoked mackerel |
2 sachet | balsamic vinegar |
1 tbsp | butter |
1 dash(es) | olive oil |
salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender.Drain the water from the potatoes and add the butter to the potatoes. Stir around until all the potatoes are coated in butter.
Cut the mackerel into bite sized pieces and place in a separate bowl. Then add the olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste and mix together.
Now mix the potatoes to the fish and stir in gently.
Serve hot or cold.
