Ingredients

350 g smoked haddock fillet, diced
150 ml water
2 tsp lemon juice
4 tbsp single cream
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
50  butter, melted
black pepper

Instructions

Poach the fish in water for 5-7 minutes. Drain.

Blend fish in a food processor. Then add lemon juice, cream, Worcestershire sauce and pepper to taste. Blend until smooth.

Spoon into individual dishes, pour over melted butter and refrigerate for about 2 hours before serving. Serve with crusty bread.
