Ingredients
350 g | smoked haddock fillet, diced |
150 ml | water |
2 tsp | lemon juice |
4 tbsp | single cream |
1 tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
50 | butter, melted |
black pepper |
Instructions
Poach the fish in water for 5-7 minutes. Drain.Blend fish in a food processor. Then add lemon juice, cream, Worcestershire sauce and pepper to taste. Blend until smooth.
Spoon into individual dishes, pour over melted butter and refrigerate for about 2 hours before serving. Serve with crusty bread.
