Macadamia dressing recipe details
Ingredients
80 ml | macadamia oil |
2 | egg yolks |
3 tbsp | lime juice, fresh |
1 pinch(es) | brown sugar |
½ tsp | curry powder, mild |
some | salt to taste |
Instructions
Puree egg yolks, sugar, salt and curry powder very quickly using a hand blender.Very slowly pour macadamia oil into egg mix while stirring with a fork.
Use this dressing for most green salads, chicory salad and asparagus salad.
