Macadamia cilantro butter recipe details

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1/4 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
- 10 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
- 3 tablespoons roughly chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 fresh lime leaves, finely chopped
- 1 large red chili, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins1. Place nuts in a skillet over medium heat and cook, stirring, for about 2 minutes until the smallest pieces begin to turn golden-brown. Remove from heat and cool.
2. Combine all ingredients in bowl. Form into log and wrap with plastic wrap; refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
