Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons chipotle chili powder
- 2 teaspoons chipotle pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons Mexican oregano
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 cup A-1(R) Steak Sauce
- 1 cup finely crushed Doritos(R) Nacho Cheese chips
- Salt and pepper
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil the grate.
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Form into hamburger patties and BBQ on grill for approximately 20 minutes or until done to your liking.
