Ingredients

8 cups flour

4 cups sugar

2 Tablespoons baking powder

4 teaspoons baking soda

1 cup oleo (may use butter)

4 teaspoons salt

3 cups orange juice

4 Tablespoons orange rind

4 eggs

4 cups chopped nuts (pecans and macadamia)

3 cups cranberries

3 cups blueberries

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients and put into greased and floured pans. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.

Makes: 7 loaves
