Low bush cranberries and wild blueberry bread details
- Ingredients
- 8 cups flour
- 4 cups sugar
- 2 Tablespoons baking powder
- 4 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 cup oleo (may use butter)
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 3 cups orange juice
- 4 Tablespoons orange rind
- 4 eggs
- 4 cups chopped nuts (pecans and macadamia)
- 3 cups cranberries
- 3 cups blueberries
Mix all ingredients and put into greased and floured pans. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
Makes: 7 loaves
