Ingredients
500 g | Flank steak |
1 clove(s) | garlic, sliced |
250 ml | salad oil |
125 g | vinegar |
½ tsp | pepper |
2 tsp | dry mustard |
2 tsp | Worcester sauce |
1 dash(es) | cayenne pepper |
Instructions
Preparing the meatRemove excess fat from steak then score on both sides.
Preparing the marinade
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a shallow pan.
Place steak in pan, then turn over. Leave to marinate. Steak needs to marinate for at least 3 hours or even better overnight, turning it several times.
Place steak in broiler 3 inches from heat. Broil each side 4 minutes.
Slice thin across grain diagonally.
