Lilliputian cheese egg puffs recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup chopped ham
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium saucepan, heat to boiling butter, milk, salt and pepper. Remove from heat, add flour, and pour into a mixing bowl. Add eggs, beating in one at a time. Add cheese and ham. Pour into a non-stick mini-muffin tin. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
Yields12 muffins.
