Lemon wine cream sauce recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 Tablespoon flour
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- salt and pepper (to taste)

In a medium saucepan, place the butter and heat it on low until it is meted and hot. Add the flour and whisk it in for 5 minutes.

Makes: approximately 2 cups.
