Ingredients
4 | chicken thighs |
1 tbsp | flour |
1 tbsp | butter |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
80 ml | dry white wine |
80 ml | chicken broth |
60 ml | double cream |
1 tsp | lemon juice |
¼ tsp | thyme leaves |
juice of 1 lemon |
Instructions
Dust thighs with flour and cook in butter and oil on both sides until no longer pink in the middle. Place cooked thighs onto a platter and keep warm.Add wine and chicken broth to the skillet, stirring to blend. Bring to a boil and cook until reduced by about half.
Add cream, lemon juice and thyme leaves and boil until sauce thickens slightly. Pour sauce over chicken thighs.
