Ingredients
250 g | Graham crackers, crumbled |
60 g | butter, melted |
3 tbsp | granulated sugar |
400 ml | condensed milk |
230 g | cream cheese |
90 ml | lemon juice, freshly squeezed |
1 tbsp | grated lemon peel |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C. Spray a pan with removable bottom with cooking spray.Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar in medium bowl. Press onto bottom of prepared pan and bake for 4-5 minutes.
Combine sweetened condensed milk and cream cheese in a large mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and lemon peel.
Pour over baked crust and gently smooth top. Bake for 25-28 minutes or until filling is set. Cool to room temperature and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
To serve slice into wedges.
