Ingredients
115 g | graham cracker crumbs |
50 g | sugar |
60 g | butter |
3 medium | eggs, yolks only |
400 ml | condensed milk |
120 ml | lemon juice |
whipping cream, whipped |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 175°C.Combine cracker crumbs, sugar and butter, mix well; press on bottom of a square baking pan.
In a small bowl, beat egg yolks, milk and lemon juice.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes. Leave to cool and top with whipped cream. Place in freezer for 4 hours before serving.
