Ingredients

375 ml	all-purpose flour
50 ml	granulated sugar
15 ml	baking powder
2 ml	salt
250 ml	all bran cereal
250 ml	milk
1 large	egg
125 ml	peanut butter
60 ml	cooking oil
125 ml	milk

Instructions

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into a large bowl.
Stir to mix. Make a well in centre.

Combine cereal with first amount of milk in medium bowl.
Add egg and peanut butter to cereal. Beat with spoon to mix well. Add cooking oil and second amount of milk. Stir and then pour into well. Stir just enough to moisten. Butter will be lumpy. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full.

Bake at 400°F/200°C for about 15 to 20 minutes.
