Lemon pineapple cheese mould recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 1 package lemon gelatin
- One 2 pound (16 ounces) can crushed pineapple
- 2 cups marshmallows (16 large)
- 1 cup cottage cheese (or ricotta)
- 1/2 pint whipped cream
Drain juice from pineapples and heat. Add gelatin and marshmallows. Stir until blended and cool. When mix is cool, add cottage cheese and blend until smooth. Add pineapple and whipped cream. Pour into mould and chill. Serve with fresh strawberries or raspberries in center of mould.
