Ingredients

150 g	flour
¾ tsp	baking soda
½ tsp	salt
180 g	butter, softened
100 g	brown sugar
50 g	white sugar
1 large	egg
1 tbsp	fresh lemon juice
350 g	white chocolate chips
100 g	walnuts, chopped
1 tsp	grated lemon peel

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Add butter and sugars and beat until creamy.

Beat in egg and lemon juice. Gradually combine with flour mixture. Stir in chocolate, nuts and lemon peel.

Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets and bake for 7-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on wire rack.
