Lemon nut white chip cookies recipe details
Ingredients
150 g | flour |
¾ tsp | baking soda |
½ tsp | salt |
180 g | butter, softened |
100 g | brown sugar |
50 g | white sugar |
1 large | egg |
1 tbsp | fresh lemon juice |
350 g | white chocolate chips |
100 g | walnuts, chopped |
1 tsp | grated lemon peel |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Add butter and sugars and beat until creamy.
Beat in egg and lemon juice. Gradually combine with flour mixture. Stir in chocolate, nuts and lemon peel.
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets and bake for 7-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on wire rack.
