Ingredients
3 | egg whites |
70 g | caster sugar |
1 tsp | cornstarch or flour |
1 tsp | vanilla essence |
3 tsp | lemon rind, grated |
Instructions
Whisk the egg whites, gradually adding the sugar until stiff peaks form. Add the corn starch and mix well. Stir in the lemon rind and vanilla.Spoon in a cake tin and bake for about 20 minutes at 160°C or until slightly brown at the top. Let it cool. Divide into four pieces or as desired.
