|2 medium||eggs, yolks only|
|80 g||butter, melted|
|1 tbsp||lemon rind, grated|
|2 tbsp||lemon juice|
|80 ml||whipping cream, whipped|
In a bowl, beat egg yolks until thick. Add sugar, butter, lemon rind and juice. Beat thoroughly. Fold in whipped cream. Chill before serving.
