Ingredients
2 medium | eggs, yolks only |
35 g | sugar |
80 g | butter, melted |
1 tbsp | lemon rind, grated |
2 tbsp | lemon juice |
80 ml | whipping cream, whipped |
Instructions
In a bowl, beat egg yolks until thick. Add sugar, butter, lemon rind and juice. Beat thoroughly. Fold in whipped cream. Chill before serving.
