- Ingredients:
- 1 Box lemon Jell-o
- 1-1/2 cup boiling water
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
- grated rind of one lemon
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 can of evaporated milk
- graham cracker crumbs
Instructions:
Lemon Bisque was always served by my Grandmother after holiday dinners for dessert. It’s very light and goes well with any meal. I won second prize in a dessert contest with this recipe!
Mix jell-o and boiling water. When jell-o mixture begins to harden, add 1 can of evaporated milk which has been chilled and whipped.
Grease deep layer cake pan with butter. Generously sprinkle the pan with graham cracker crumbs. Pour in mixture and sprinkle a few crumbs on top. Cool in refrigerator at least 8 hours before serving.
