I have made this using different flavors of Jell-O(R) and yogurt. The lemon is real good if you add some zest and a little juice. Try orange flavor with some orange pieces mixed in or use your imagination to come up with different flavors. I always make my own graham cracker crust and sometimes have used half graham crackers and half Ritz(R) crackers. You can also use a short bread crust.

Ingredients
Serves: 8- 1 (.03 ounce) box sugar free Raspberry Jell-O(R) gelatin
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2 (6 ounce) containers raspberry sugar free yogurt
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 graham cracker crust
Preparation method
Prep: 1 hour 15 mins1. Dissolve the Jell-O in 1/2 cup of boiling water.
2. In a mixer, beat the cream cheese until fluffy, then add the yogurt and mix.
3. Fold in the whipped topping and mix well, then slowly add the Jell-O.
4. Pour into graham cracker crust and chill.
