Layered ice cream cake recipe details
Ingredients
First layer: | |
180 g | Graham crackers, crushed |
115 g | walnuts, chopped |
120 g | butter, melted |
60 g | confectioner’s sugar |
Second layer: | |
240 g | butter, softened |
260 g | confectioner’s sugar |
2 medium | eggs |
Third layer: | |
4 | bananas, sliced |
Fourth layer: | |
strawberries, sliced | |
canned pineapple chunks, drained, crushed | |
Fifth layer: | |
coconut, shredded | |
walnuts, chopped | |
whipping cream, whipped |
Instructions
First layer:Combine all ingredients and press into a 20cm x 30cm pan.
Second layer:
Combine ingredients in a bowl an beat until well mixed. Spread over graham cracker crust in pan.
Third layer:
Add sliced bananas over second layer.
Fourth layer:
Add sliced strawberries over bananas and top with crushed pineapple chunks
Fifth layer:
Spread whipped cream over strawberry-pineapple layer and top with walnuts and coconut. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours (best overnight) to chill and set.
