Ingredients

300 g watermelon balls
300 g cantaloupe balls
300 g honeydew balls
300 g peaches, sliced
300 g pears, sliced
300 g plums, sliced
300 g orange, quartered
150 g blueberries
150 g strawberries
150 g pineapple chunks, drained
30  shrimp, boiled
200 g crawfish tails
Yogurt dressing:
250 ml plain yogurt
lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper, freshly ground
1 clove(s) garlic, minced

Instructions

Layer fruit by alternating color. Line shrimp and crawfish around the edge of the bowl.

Top with the yogurt dressing and toss the mixture to blend the dressing into the fruit.
