Layered Dessert with Tangerines recipe

Ingredients
4 | tangerines, peeled and segmented |
4 tbsp | orange liqueur |
150 ml | cold espresso |
2 tbsp | sugar |
50 g | sugar |
100 g | dark chocolate, grated |
500 g | cream cheese |
150 g | sponge cake, crumbled |
icing sugar |
Instructions
Cut the tangerine segments in small pieces. Mix with the liqueur and marinate for 30 minutes.
Mix the espresso with 2 tablespoons of the sugar. Mix the chocolate with cream cheese. Drain the tangerines.
Divide half of the sponge crumbles at the bottom of a shallow casserole dish. Sprinkle with half of the espresso. Spread with a thin layer of cream cheese and divide half of the tangerines on top. Spread with another layer of cream cheese and cover with the remaining sponge cake crumbles, drizzle with espresso, layer again cream cheese and the remaining tangerines. Finish with the remaining cream cheese.
Refrigerate for 3 hours. Serve dusted with icing sugar.
