Ingredients
200 g | lady’s fingers |
800 ml | whipped cream |
500 g | mascarpone |
600 g | yoghurt |
2 pack(s) | vanilla sugar |
6 tbsp | sugar |
1 kg | red fruit jelly |
400 g | white chocolate flakes |
Instructions
Arrange the lady’s fingers side by side in a shallow casserole dish. Mix together the Mascarpone, yoghurt, sugar and vanilla sugar until well combined. Fold in the whipped cream.
Evenly, pour the cream over the lady’s fingers. Divide the red fruit jelly on top of the cream and sprinkle with the grated chocolate. Cover and allow to chill over night.
