Ingredients

150 g green beans, frozen
60 g peas, frozen
1  spring onion, sliced
2 sprig(s) parsley, chopped
30 g sundried tomatoes in oil
1 sprig(s) rosemary, chopped
125 g lamb meat, diced
1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper
2 tsp oil

Instructions

Drain the tomatoes and collect the oil. Dice the tomatoes. Cook the beans in salted water for 5 minutes. Add the peas and cook for 1-2 more minutes. Drain.

Mix together the vinegar and the parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in 1 teaspoon of the tomato oil.

In a pan, heat 1 teaspoon of the oil. Sauté the spring onions and the tomatoes. Pour in the vinegar mixture. Add the beans and peas and toss. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

In a pan, heat the remaining oil. Add the meat and fry for 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and rosemary. Serve the lamb together with the beans and peas.
