Lamb roast recipe details
Ingredients
1 ½ kg | leg of lamb |
1 tbsp | flour |
150 ml | apple juice |
150 ml | orange juice |
Instructions
Pour half the apple juice and half the orange juice unto a saucepan, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook for about 15 minutes. Liquid should be reduced by half. Remove from the heat and let cool. Fill the reduced juice into a syringe.Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place lamb on a flat surface and inject with small amounts of the juice. Dust lamb with the flour and put in a roasting pan. Roast for 80 minutes.
