Lamb curry recipe details
Ingredients
1 large | onion, chopped |
250 ml | water |
2 tbsp | curry powder |
3 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
500 g | lean lamb, cut into strips |
150 ml | coconut milk |
2 tbsp | coriander leaves, chopped |

salt and pepper |
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions and the garlic gently until lucid. Add the meat and cook stirring until golden brown. Add the curry and cook until fragrant. Pour in the coconut milk and water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5-10 minutes or until the meat is done.Season to a taste with salt and pepper and sprinkle with coriander. Serve with rice.
