Ingredients
500 g | minced meat, lamb |
1 | onion, diced |
1 | egg |
½ tsp | grated lemon peel |
100 g | yoghurt, 10% fat |
3 tbsp | breadcrumbs |
salt and pepper | |
mild paprika powder | |
1 | aubergine, diced |
2 | zucchini, diced |
2 | bell peppers, red and green, diced |
1 | Spanish onion, sliced |
2 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
1 ½ tbsp | herbs de provence |
2 tbsp | oil |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C.Knead together the minced meat, the onion, egg, lemon peel, yoghurt and breadcrumbs. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Heat the oil and sauté the onions, vegetables and garlic for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Cover the bottom of a greased casserole dish with the minced meat mixture and divide the vegetables and herbs on top. Sprinkle with oil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
