Lamb and vegetable stew recipe details
Ingredients
2 tbsp | oil |
600 g | boneless lamb shoulder, diced |
2 | onions, chopped |
250 ml | beef stock |
2 | carrots |
750 g | Chinese cabbage |
150 ml | white wine |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
In a large saucepan, sear the diced lamb in oil over high heat for 2 minutes. Add the onions and cook for further 10 minutes over medium heat. Pour in the beef stock.Peel and slice the carrots and slice the Chinese cabbage in stripes. Add the vegetables and the white wine to the stew and cook for further 15-20 minutes.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
